the sweater i’m working on. i’ve gotten finished with the first sleeve (pictured) and just started the body. if you look at it, on the top there’s a holdered-off section and a section that’s still on the needles. the front and back are worked separate and then joined again to make the other sleeve. after that’s done, i’ll sew up the bottom of each sleeve and cast on stitches at the bottom of the body to make 2 ribbed welts that will be held together by green died mother of pearl buttons that are etches with flowers. the contrast will go nicely, i think.
